Hayley Tiffan
Clinical Assistant
Hayley has been a part of Dr. Jordan’s team for 2 years and has been in the dental field for 6 years. She received an associate’s degree in dental assisting from Scott Community College in Bettendorf, IA in 2003. She is married and has one dog named Skylar, though hoping to adopt another four legged friend into their home. She enjoys photography, reading, gardening, and other outdoor activities. She also loves to spend time with family and friends.

Lisa joined the practice in 1995. She enjoys making her patients feel comfortable and seeing those great finished smiles! In her free time, she looks forward to spending time with her husband and 2 sons. She also enjoys reading, shopping and sports.

Theresa Swim
Treatment Coordinator/ Office Manager
Theresa joined the team in 2003 as a clinical assistant. She has been in the orthodontic field for 9years. She currently acts as our treatment coordinator, professional relations coordinator and office manager. She enjoys educating the patients and parents on the wonderful experience they will have at our office. She looks forward to spending time with her family, including a husband and 2 very active dogs, during her free time. She also enjoys shopping, biking and traveling.

Carla Harper
Scheduling Coordinator
Carla has worked in the healthcare field for 25years and joined Dr. Jordan’s practice in January of 2005 as a clinical assistant. She currently acts as the scheduling coordinator. On her time away from the office she can usually be found wrapped up in a craft project like knitting, crocheting, or cross stitching or engrossed in a good book. She especially enjoys spending time with her husband, teenage daughter and 2dogs.

Erin Farrar
Financial Coordinator
Erin joined our team in December 2010 as the Financial Coordinator. She has a bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Erin has previous experience in banking and loans and can answer any questions you may have about the financial aspect of your orthodontic investment. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and playing with her dog, Mysti, and cat, Annabelle.

Kyndra Mullen
Records Technician/Clinical Assistant
Kyndra has been an orthodontic assistant for 4years and just recently joined Dr. Jordan’s team. She is currently working as the Records and Lab Coordinator. She also plays the backup roll of clinical assistant. She currently lives in Thomasboro, and enjoys camping, motorcycle riding, and spending time with friends, her boyfriend, and family.
